How to change your nickname on Twitch

When Twitch first appeared, there was no way to change your nickname. The developers added a new feature only after a large number of complaints and requests from ordinary viewers and streamers to optimize their favorite service. After adding it, it became available not only to change the main nickname, but also the username that is required when logging in to the service site.

At the moment, there are two ways to change the nickname on Twitch – it's via a PC or laptop and via a smartphone.

Changing your nickname via PC and smartphone

Using a normal computer, follow these steps:
