The Subscription option lets you purchase a fixed number of viewers (for example, 1000) and distribute them across multiple channels as you wish.
You decide how many viewers to assign to each channel — for example, 300 to one, 500 to another, and 200 to a third.
The counter in this option shows the number of busy viewers online.
The Views option is a setting for generating views on a livestream.
You can manually choose how viewers behave:
GEO — the country from which the views will come.
Views per hour per viewer — how many views one viewer generates per hour. Recommendation: 12 views from one viewer
Retention (sec) — how long one viewer stays on the stream. Recommendation: 60–180 sec
Unique viewers (%) — the percentage of unique users among all views. Recommendation: 70–80%
Interval — the delay (in seconds) between new viewers joining. Recommendation: 1–15 seconds. The more viewers, the smaller the interval value is recommended.
Viewers Spread is a feature that makes the number of viewers not fixed, but slightly changing in real time. Recommendation: 10–25%
Authorized viewers — viewers who appear in the chat list. Recommendation: 90–100%
Raids are a feature that allows a streamer to redirect their viewers to another channel after their own stream ends.
You can manually configure the raid settings:
Number of Raids – how many raids can be performed using the purchased viewers.
Raid time (min) – how long the viewers will remain on the channel that receives the raid. Recommendation: 1–5 min
Raid Viewers (%) – the percentage of viewers (from the total number purchased for the channel) who will participate in the raid. Recommendation: 70–90%
We are already working on implementing the API for the configurator. It is expected to be available in approximately 1–2 months, around February 1, 2026.
Trovo and YouTube viewers will be available in the configurator in about a month, approximately January 2026.
Runs — the number of times the order is repeated.
Interval — the interval between repeats in minutes.
Example:
Number of visits: 100
Runs: 7
Interval (minutes): 1440
As a result, you will receive 100 visits 7 times, with a 1440-minute (1 day) pause between each run.

Yes, special plans have been created to attract viewers specifically for premieres.
Yes, increasing viewers affects stream ranking. It helps your content appear in the game section, search results, and recommendations.
According to Twitch data and analytics, the top most popular games for streaming in 2025 are:
Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) – popular due to mods, RP servers, and diverse streaming scenarios.
League of Legends (LoL) – one of the most popular MOBAs with an active esports scene.
Valorant – competitive shooter with an active audience and regular tournaments.
Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) – updated version of the classic CS with a large fan base.
Fortnite – battle royale game with a huge audience and interactive content.
Minecraft – creative content and playthroughs.
Dota 2 – MOBA with tournaments and a stable audience.
A stream can be removed from recommendations or search for several reasons:
YouTube considers the content uninteresting. In this case, it is recommended to engage the chat, change the game and title using keywords popular with competitors, or order additional activity.
Streams may be removed from the game section for 1–7 days. This is temporary, and in such cases, you can use a backup channel for streaming.
If the stream disappears from search and has been running for more than 3 days, it is better to restart the stream to restore visibility.
To appear in recommendations, you need to host engaging and interesting streams, optimize them with SEO, cover relevant topics, and post content consistently. A comprehensive approach is recommended, including ordering viewers and chat bots to generate activity.
Not always. This depends on several factors, so a strict message sequence cannot be guaranteed.
Your channel is likely still new. YouTube uses the concept of channel “trust” — the platform’s level of confidence in your content. A young channel, strikes, or removal of low-quality content can reduce the likelihood of appearing in recommendations. It is recommended to grow your channel gradually, post high-quality content, and follow platform rules.
On average, it takes between 1 to 6 months of regular streaming to achieve Affiliate or Partner status, depending on audience engagement and compliance with platform requirements.
To become an Affiliate, you typically need a consistent audience of around 75 or more viewers per stream, regular broadcasts, and compliance with platform rules. Partner status requires higher standards: a larger and stable audience, a consistent streaming schedule, and active community engagement.
Prime subscribers are paid subscribers who subscribe through Prime. They provide financial support to the streamer in the form of a donation.
Bits are Twitch’s internal currency used to support streamers through donations.
When using lower-priced plans with a wide tolerance range, the viewer count may vary by up to ±30%. For a more stable result, higher-priced plans are available with a deviation of up to 5%.
We recommend contacting support via chat, as a technical issue most likely occurred. Please also note that after the service is launched, authorized viewers usually appear within about 5 minutes.
This is done to help the stream rank higher in sections and search results, as well as to be recommended more frequently.
