What is a raid on Twitch?

A raid on Twitch is usually called so-called "raid" of viewers from a popular streamer to a live broadcast of an unknown newcomer. Because of this, the counter of viewers on the stream reaches 100+, 1000+ and even 10000+ at the usual 5-10. Thanks to this, you can observe the funny reaction of a beginner to the number of viewers and entertain your subscribers.
But it is also done for advertising purposes. Streamers agree in advance about the raid and thus a new audience is attracted to the second channel.
This has a downside, because the rapid arrival of a large number of viewers due to the raid can lead to consequences on the part of the Twitch administration.

How Do I enable this feature?

* Write to the chat for your viewers about the upcoming switch to another stream;
• For the raid, there is a special command / raid 11111 (where the numbers play the role of the name of the channel to which your viewers will go);
* It remains only to send a command to the chat.
A small window with 10-second timers will appear in the chat, after which the "Start" button will be available. If you forget to start or cancel the launch, then after a minute and a half, there will be an automatic transfer of viewers from your stream. They will see a similar notification and will be able to leave the stream using the appropriate button. Users cannot opt out of transferring to another channel.
