What VK voices are

Voices are the VKontakte virtual currency that can be used for purchases available inside the platform. This is not the same as VK Pay balance, money on a bank card, or the internal currency of a third-party service.

The names of sections may differ in the app and the web version. Look for the items “Voices,” “Balance,” “Payments,” or “Top up.” If such a function is not there, do not follow random links: the feature may be unavailable for your account or app version.

How to top up VK voices

• Check who can see your posts: the publication must be available to the required audience.
• Check who can comment on posts if a comment is required for the task.
• Check whether you can receive messages if the report is sent directly to the author.
• Make sure the profile or community is not closed off from the required action.

Open the publication from another account or in a mode where its availability is visible, and check the exact post needed. The task should also specify the exact link, type of action, deadline, and report requirements. After that, you can proceed with completing it.

If you are a client

First determine what exactly needs to be promoted: a profile, community, or a specific post. Do not replace one link with another. A link to a community page does not confirm an action with a post, and a short link may lead to the wrong object.

• Provide the exact link to the publication or profile.
• Describe one action clearly: follow, reaction, comment, or view.
• Record the starting counter value.
• Specify which report is accepted: a link, screenshot, profile name, or a combination of these data.
• Check that the publication is open and does not require special permissions to view.

How to monitor counters in the service

Open the task card and write down the starting values from the post or profile itself. If the service supports counter fields, enter them there before launching. After completion, compare the new values with the original ones, and then match the result with the performers’ reports.

Check the counter on the VK page, not just by the number of accepted reports in the service. For comments and follows, also look at the list of users. If the number changed but the required action is not in the list, it is better to send such a report for review.

Report verification checklist

1. The link opens exactly the right profile, community, or post.
2. The performer’s name is in the list of followers, reactions, or comments, if this can be checked.
3. The comment meets the requirements and does not contain random text.
4. The screenshot shows the date, object, and result, not just the profile page.
5. The report is not duplicated and does not relate to another task.

Common mistakes when setting up a task

• Instead of the post link, the link to the community’s main page is provided.
• The text simultaneously requires a follow, reaction, and comment, but does not separate these actions.
• The client’s profile is closed, but the performer is asked to check a public result.
• The starting counter is not recorded, so it is impossible to assess the change.
• It is not stated where to send the report and what data it should contain.
• The task still has an old link after the publication was deleted or moved.

Before launching, open the link in a separate window, check the post’s availability, and compare the requirements with what the performer will be able to see.
