Step one. Go to youtube.com and make sure you are logged into the account whose name you want to change.

Step two. Click on your account icon in the upper right corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will open.

Step three. In this menu, find and click on "Manage your Google Account". It is usually at the bottom of the list, next to the gear icon and the word "Settings".

If you want the channel to be named "Ivan's Cooking Recipes", you can write "Cooking Recipes" in the first name and "from Ivan" in the last name. Or vice versa – whatever is more convenient for you.
