Who owns YouTube?

It is worth starting with the fact that YouTube had several owners. It was created by 3 programmers with talent: Steve Chen, Chad Hurley and Javed Karim. The idea of creating YouTube belongs to Chad, it was he who began to "encourage" friends to implement such an original idea.
