Trash Streamer Devil: Child Abuse

On the internet, she is known by the loud nickname "Devil." In real life, she is Zhalya Gulieva, a blogger whose live broadcasts make even seasoned users shudder. While law-abiding citizens sleep at night, a real ruckus unfolds in her apartment: loud music, foul language, men on camera, explicit scenes for donations. And behind the wall, a small child cries.

Subscribers and neighbors have been sounding the alarm for over a year, but the blogger continues her broadcasts. The police arrive, guardianship checks, but the woman gets away with "ridiculous" fines and moves to a new location. Why can't the system cope with such an obvious violation of a child's rights?

Who is the streamer Devil?

Zhalya Gulieva is a resident of the Moscow region, known online by the pseudonym "Devil." Her content is classic trash streaming: shock, provocation, fulfilling "any wishes" of viewers for monetary donations. In her broadcasts, she appears in explicit scenes, uses strong language, and regularly invites men on camera.

But the main thing that distinguishes her from many other trash bloggers is that her small daughter is constantly with her. The child is present in the apartment during broadcasts, and sometimes even appears on camera.

What happens in the broadcasts?

Journalists and concerned viewers have compiled a shocking picture of what is happening in the streamer's apartment.

At night, neighbors hear: loud music, swearing, harsh statements, screams, and a child crying.
Men appear on camera, including in explicit scenes.
For money, the blogger promises: to fulfill "any wishes" of viewers.
In the apartment, there is constant: noise, the smell of tobacco, and a baby crying behind the wall.

Subscribers are particularly outraged by the mother's indifference to her daughter's condition. In the broadcasts, viewers repeatedly drew attention to the child's crying, but Zhalya, in her characteristic manner, harshly responded to the discontented. Eyewitnesses to the broadcasts report: while the mother ordered pizza and sushi for herself, her daughter had to be content with either milk formula or fast food leftovers from her mother's plate.

Additionally, viewers noticed bruises on the girl's body in the neck and forehead area.

Neighborly hell: constant moving

According to REN TV, there have been so many complaints about the streamer from neighbors that she has changed her place of residence more than once in two years. As soon as Gulieva moves into a new apartment, friendly relations with the local residents do not develop.

Zhalya's travel geography across the Moscow region is extensive: Balashikha, Lopatino, and a number of other addresses. But wherever the woman with the child ended up, the neighbors began to sound the alarm almost immediately after she moved in.

"If I come, and there's a smell of smoke, I'll call the appropriate authorities – the police with the involvement of social guardianship. Since her child screams there for days, the smell of cigarettes and so on, it means she will be on the radar of the relevant services," said one of the neighbors.

Law enforcement's reaction: why nothing is done

The most important question that concerns everyone following this story is: why can't the police and guardianship stop what is happening?

Police: repeated visits without consequences

Neighbors call the police regularly. According to residents, law enforcement officers came repeatedly, but this had no serious consequences for the streamer. At most, she faced an administrative protocol for disturbing the peace and a small fine.

Guardianship: two visits without result

Representatives of guardianship visited Gulieva's previous apartment twice. But for some reason, they noticed nothing illegal. Although neighbors and subscribers are convinced: the child is in real danger.

"Nomadic" tactics

Gulieva's favorite tactic is to disappear instantly at the first signs of official interest. As soon as the district police officer or guardianship representatives knocked on the door, the woman moved out of the apartment the very next day. This tactic long allowed her to evade real responsibility, getting away with only protocols for disturbing the peace and monetary fines.

Intervention of the Investigative Committee

After information about what was happening became widely known in the media, the situation moved off the dead end.

The central office of the Investigative Committee joined the investigation, and the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, personally demanded a clear answer from his subordinates: why did the woman, who turned her family's life into a night branch of a tavern, still get away with only ridiculous fines.

As of early April 2026, the investigative bodies of the Moscow region have already initiated a criminal case under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to fulfill duties for the upbringing of a minor"). Bastrykin instructed the acting head of the Main Investigative Department for the region, Yakovlev Ya.A., to report not only on the progress of the investigation but also separately on each egregious circumstance that received publicity.

Streamer's position: "You're just jealous"

What does Gulieva herself say in response to the flood of accusations? The streamer categorically denies her guilt. Her position can be summed up in one sentence: "You're all just jealous of me."

"It's just animosity, you know, people want to cast a person in a bad light. They are jealous of donations, subscribers, viewers. I don't argue with that," the blogger replied to journalists' questions.

In public comments, she claims that she became a victim of bullying from the "gray mass" who do not understand her bright nature. The woman insists that loud music does not harm the baby in any way, and the presence of outsiders in the house is her "personal life," into which strangers are not allowed.
